C-Store AI Leaders respects your privacy. This policy describes information we may collect when you visit cstoreai.org, apply for membership, or participate in the community.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide through the membership application, including your name, work email, WhatsApp phone number, title, company, professional profile, and application responses.

Application information

Applications are submitted through Google Forms. Responses are stored in the Google account associated with the form and in any response destination configured by the form owner. Google maintains its own privacy and security practices. Application information is reviewed only for membership fit, cohort balance, community administration, and WhatsApp onboarding.

How we use information

We use information to review applications, communicate with applicants and members, organize gatherings, onboard accepted members into the WhatsApp group, protect the integrity of the community, and meet legal obligations.

WhatsApp participation

WhatsApp is the community’s primary member communication channel. Depending on your WhatsApp settings, other group members may be able to see your phone number, profile name, profile image, and messages. Members are expected to follow confidentiality and no-forwarding standards, but C-Store AI Leaders cannot control the independent conduct or device security of every participant.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with providers that help operate the community, including Google, WhatsApp, hosting, event, analytics, and administrative services, or when required by law.

Your choices

Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be sent to membership@cstoreai.org.

Updates

We may update this policy as the community grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
