These terms govern use of cstoreai.org and participation in C-Store AI Leaders.

Applications and admission

Membership is free and application-only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create a membership. We may consider role, industry relevance, cohort balance, expected contribution, curiosity, and the integrity of the member experience. Membership begins only after approval and onboarding.

Membership access

Membership is intended for one named individual and may not be transferred without written approval. We may thoughtfully open additional cohorts as the community develops. Founding Member designation is reserved for the initial 50 accepted members.

Community standards

Members are expected to respect confidentiality, avoid unsolicited selling and lead harvesting, refrain from forwarding private screenshots or recordings, and participate constructively. Information shared in the WhatsApp group, virtual gatherings, and other member channels should not be attributed to another member or company without direct permission. Access may be suspended or ended for conduct that undermines trust or the community.

Peer information and outcomes

Member discussions are for peer learning and do not constitute legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice. C-Store AI Leaders does not guarantee an introduction, partnership, deal, or specific business result.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate the community, including Google Forms for applications and WhatsApp for the primary member group. Those providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
