These terms govern use of cstoreai.org. Membership is also subject to the enrollment terms presented during checkout and the community standards communicated to members.

Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create a membership. Membership begins only after approval and successful payment. Directly invited leaders may use the private enrollment page without applying.

Annual membership and renewal

The standard annual fee is $5,000 for one named executive seat. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, membership renews annually until canceled before the renewal date. Private promotional codes apply only according to their stated terms.

Community standards

Members are expected to respect confidentiality, avoid unsolicited selling or lead harvesting, refrain from forwarding private screenshots, and participate constructively. Access may be suspended or ended for conduct that undermines the network.

Peer information and outcomes

Member discussions are for peer learning and do not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. Membership does not guarantee a financial return, introduction, partnership, deal, or specific business result.

Intellectual property

The C-Store AI Leaders name, branding, website design, and original materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Members retain ownership of the experience and information they contribute, subject to the network’s confidentiality rules.

Third-party services

We may use third-party hosting, communications, event, analytics, and payment services, including Stripe. Those providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
